We do not accept returns on any open packages of Rockin' Wellness Nutritional Shakes or Health Freak Power Powder. All merchandise is final sale unless damaged or defective. Our Returns Department will only accept pre-authorized returns on unopened packages within 30 days of purchase. Customer must call or email customer service (Support@RockinWellness.com or 1-855-876-2593) for return pre-approval. Customer Service will provide an RA form for the customer to fill out and email back prior to shipping their return. Return Shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility and tracking numbers are required to prevent loss and guarantee of delivery to our facility. Refund of purchase price of returned bags is given after item is returned and inspected. Refunds submitted in the original payment method(PayPal or credit/debit card). Refunded payment processing time varies, and is controlled by the card issuing bank/PayPal. Refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any Free Gift or Discount. Rockin’ Wellness VIP subscription returns are subject to a $35 restocking fee. Returned shipments must be received no later than 60 days from the date of purchase in order to process a refund.
Shipping & Product Handling:
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing of Rockin’ Wellness Nutritional Shakes and merchandise prior to shipping. We ship all orders with FedEx delivery service, and provide tracking information after processing. Please allow 1-5 Business days for most shipments in the continental U.S. Please allow additional transit time for PO Boxes or orders to AK or HI. All U.S. orders include free shipping on Rockin’ Wellness Shakes. Merchandise ordered without Rockin’ Wellness shake has an additional shipping charge. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen, incorrect shipping information provided by customers, non-receipt of package or packages returned to sender. If any order is returned to our facility due to multiple delivery attempts, undeliverable address or refused by recipient, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges to re-ship. Orders that are refused by the recipient will that the return shipping cost dedecuted from their refund. If FedEx tracking system says “Delivered” and you did not receive it, please contact customer service within 30 Days(Support@RockinWellness.com or 1-855-876-2593). Most larger quantity orders will have mandatory “Signature Required” upon delivery. Tracking number is automatically emailed to you upon processing your shipment.
Commercial addresses are shipped with FedEx Ground, which delivers Monday-Friday.
Residential addresses are shipped with FedEx Home Delivery, which delivers Tuesday-Saturday.
FedEx Express delivers Monday-Friday, if you upgrade to an Express service, Saturday Delivery is an additional charge. If you need to arrange for Saturday Delivery, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-855-876-2593 before 3 p.m. EST.
International Shipments: Customers must provide a valid email address and contact phone number. International Orders will not be shipped without the necessary contact information. Please allow additional transit time for customs processing on International Orders. All orders outside of the U.S. have an additional shipping charge which includes the FedEx calculated shipping, as well as any duties, taxes, surcharges and customs fees. Customers are responsible to confirm their local customs import prohibitions and policies prior to ordering.
SmartPost Policy: Any orders shipping to U.S. P.O. boxes will be processed through FedEx SmartPost. Please allow additional time for completion of delivery to P.O. Boxes.
