Raw Vegan Mock Tuna:

2 Cups Sunflower Seeds (Soak Overnight, rinse after soaking)

Juice of 1 1/2 Lemons

1 Cup Chopped Celery

1/2 Cup Chopped Onion

1 Tsp Kelp Granules

1 Crumbled Nori or Dulse Flakes

1/4 Cup Fresh Dill

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Pepper

1 Tbl Garlic Powder 

Process: Sunflower seeds first

Then add remaining ingredients and process until well combined. 

Serve in Collards Greens, Sushi (Nori), Over Salad, with flax crackers or any healthy option.
