Healthy Frozen Treat Recipes to Cool Down

If you're looking to cool down this summer, try some of these healthy and delicious frozen treat Rockin' Wellness recipes:

Frozen Chocolate Cacao Banana Pops

-1½ cups almond or coconut milk (or other plant-based milk of choice)
-¼ cup chia seeds
-3-4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
- 1 scoop of Rockin' Wellness Chocolate Cacao
-2-3 bananas, sliced (can also use another sweet fruit like frozen berries, cherries, etc)
-cacao nibs (optional)

1. In a medium container, mix together milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and Rockin' Wellness Chocolate Cacao. Cover and refrigerate while seeds expand, at least an hour or two, until the mixture is thick like pudding. It's important to stir the mixture a few times while refrigerating to break up any chia clumps. Taste the pudding and add more sweetener, if needed. Keep in mind they become even less sweet when frozen.

2. Into your popsicle mold, alternate chia pudding and banana slices. Tap the mold on the counter periodically to release any air pockets. Fill molds to the top, cover and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze until solid, overnight is best.

3.When ready to serve, run the bottom of the molds under room temperature water, which helps them to pop out easily. Wrap extras in baggies or plastic wrap and store in the freezer.

Frozen Energy Berry Yogurt

-2 cups frozen berries
-1/2 cup plain yogurt low-fat, greek, or full fat
-2 tablespoons honey
-1 tsp lemon or vanilla (optional)
-1 scoop of Rockin' Wellness Energy Greens (Berry or Original Flavor)

1. In a food processor or blender, add frozen berries, yogurt, honey, and Rockin' Wellness Energy Greens Berry.

2. Blend for 2 minutes or until the mixture is creamy.

3. Serve soft or transfer to an airtight freezable container and freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Frozen Vanilla Mocha Swirl

-3/4 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk of your choice
-1 banana
- 1 scoop of Rockin' Wellness Vanilla Mocha Swirl
-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-4 oz. plain greek yogurt
-1 1/2 cup ice cubes

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and serve!
