Holiday Vegan Santa Hat Brownie Treats

Here is a fun, vegan, gluten-free brownie treat to make over the holidays using Rockin' Wellness Chocolate Cacao: 

Ingredients

-1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 - vegetable oil 
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup Rockin' Wellness Chocolate Cacao
- 1 cup applesauce 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cacao chocolate chips  
- 1 can of dairy free whipped topping
- 12 strawberries with tops cut off 

Directions
1. Mix all together with a whisk
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
3. pour to just under 1/4" into a non-stick cupcake pan
4. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
5. Test with toothpick in center to make sure they are done (nothing comes out sticking to toothpick)  
6. Cool for 10 minutes  
7. Gently use a spatula to lift each brownie out 
8. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes  
9. Decorate with dairy free whipped topping, and add the strawberry with a dab of whipped topping on top.

    Veg oil.. how much?? You say half. Cup?? tsp??
