Beth woke up one morning and was tired of feeling lethargic, depressed and unhealthy. She was admittedly not in the best place in her life and was ready to do something about it. She began exercising and moving a little bit every day and began drinking Rockin' Wellness.
It took motivation and dedication, but one of Beth's mantras was you don't need to participate in some crazy workouts that are frankly unrealistic in order to feel the way you want to feel. If you have seen the free classes she hosts on the Rockin' Wellness Facebook feed you know she preaches easy to accomplish movements and never doing more than you can handle.
