How to Return & 30 Day Guarantee

We’re confident in the taste & quality of our products.  If for some reason, Rockin' Wellness is not for you, we offer a 30 day Return Guarantee.  This policy is only valid within 30 days from date of purchase and only available for items purchased directly from the www.rockinwellness.com website.

How To Return UNOPENED ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKAGED ITEMS Product(s)…

  1. Email support@rockinwellness.com for Return Authorization within 30 Days and Describe your Reason for Return.
  2. If you received unwanted product, please do not open original packaging for New/Unopened Product(s) 
  3. Include the Invoice with Order Details
  4. Write "REFUSED / RETURN TO SENDER" on the Package
  5. Return to your local Post Office
  6. All Returns will be processed promptly AFTER the return is received. Refunds are posted to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.

How to Return OPENED or UN-WANTED Product(s)…

  1. Email support@rockinwellness.com for Return Authorization and Describe your Reason for Return. Return Must Be Within 30 Days of Original Purchase Date.  Purchase from our website only. (No stores, or 3rd parties)
  2. Product must be 1/2 full (no empty bag returns) Seal Opened Product to Prevent Spillage
  3. Include the Invoice with Order Details
  4. Return Shipping Costs Are Your Responsibility. 
  5. We Do Not Pay for Return Shipping on Opened or Un-Wanted/Changed Mind/Don't Like Products. Please Ship Product(s) To:

  6. Email Tracking # Receipt to support@rockinwellness.com
  7. All Returns will be processed promptly AFTER the return is received. Refunds are posted to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
  8. Shaker Cups & Gift Cards are final sale, no returns on these items

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return policy valid only on products purchased direct through our website.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, then your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@rockinwellness.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Partial orders from special bundle deals cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@rockinwellness.com

Shipping
Return shipping must be paid for by customer, we do not issue return labels.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All returned items need a tracking number for proof of shipping & return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
