I am a 50 year old breast cancer survivor (2 years now) and recently had a little scare from a possible recurrence (it was benign). I blend mine with unsweetened almond milk (I don't recommend unsweetened coconut milk), ice, 1/8 tsp. Mooringa powder, 2 Tbsp. Great Lakes Collagen and 2 tsp. powdered fiber. I simply mix mine in a 20 oz bottle of cold water per the instructions and chug it right after I get up and brush my teeth. No jitters, I have high BP so I can not use anything with that side affect. Love it!! I started drinking Rockin’ Wellness 3 years ago, when DR's said we would have to wait for symptoms to get worse, to diagnosis me. They said I could have Lupus. I am 65 years old and have never felt BETTER in my life. I have been taking Rockin' Wellness now for 5 years. I take 1 scoop a day and mix it with my oatmeal. I take 2 scoops in a shake with frozen fruit and spinach. Then I feel I can eat what I want the rest of the day. I don't go nuts because being on Rockin' Wellness I DON'T FEEL THE NEED TO. When you start using RW a few things over time will happen. 1. You will stop drinking coffee. Why I couldn't tell you but who cares why. Right? 2.
