How do I make a shake?
Add one scoop to 8 to 12 ounces of cold water or your favorite plant-based milk, then shake or stir. It mixes into a smooth, light shake with no blender required. For a thicker smoothie, blend it with ice or frozen banana.

What is the difference between real cacao and alkalized cocoa powder?
Most chocolate-flavored drink mixes use cocoa that has been Dutch processed, also called alkalized, which means the cocoa is cooked with an alkali solution at high heat. That processing strips away much of what nature put into the cacao bean, taking its natural nutrients with it. Rockin' Wellness uses raw, lab-tested cacao that is never alkalized or over-processed, so the cacao bean's natural nutrients stay in every scoop.
