Rockin' Peanut Butter and Banana

The creaminess of the peanut butter mixes perfectly with the cacao in the Rockin Wellness.  The banana adds an extra bit of flavor and this mix tastes exactly like a dessert, but a healthy one.  This (approximately) 350 calorie shake is the perfect snack in the middle of your day or breakfast shake to get started.
  • 2 Cups of your favorite non-dairy milk
  • 2 Ice cubes
  • 2 Tbs of Peanut Butter
  • 2 Scoops Rockin' Chocolate Cacao
  • 1 Frozen Banana (peel before freezing)
Blend and Enjoy
Note: for those that want to make the shake even healthier substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
