Jelly Doughnut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Rockin Wellness Vegan Vanilla Protein
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries (save a few for topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice

Compote Topping:

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/8 cup strawberry or raspberry jam
  • A few fresh berries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Smoothie:

    • Combine the Rockin Wellness Vegan Vanilla Protein, almond milk, frozen berries, vanilla extract, yogurt, and ice in a blender.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.
    • Pour into a glass.
  2. Prepare the Compote Topping:

    • In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, jam, cinnamon, and a few fresh berries.
    • Stir until the mixture is warm and gooey.
  3. Assemble:

    • Drizzle the compote over the smoothie.
    • Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy!
