
Jelly Doughnut Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Rockin Wellness Vegan Vanilla Protein
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries (save a few for topping)
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice
Compote Topping:
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/8 cup strawberry or raspberry jam
- A few fresh berries for garnish
Instructions:

Blend the Smoothie:
- Combine the Rockin Wellness Vegan Vanilla Protein, almond milk, frozen berries, vanilla extract, yogurt, and ice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass.

Prepare the Compote Topping:
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, jam, cinnamon, and a few fresh berries.
- Stir until the mixture is warm and gooey.

- Drizzle the compote over the smoothie.
