Bright, creamy, and just spooky enough: this Frankenstein smoothie blends banana and pineapple with Rockin’ Wellness Energy Greens, then adds a restrained chocolate-drip “hairline” and blueberry eyes.

Ingredients
- 1 serving Rockin’ Wellness Organic Energy Greens Powder, per package directions
- 9 oz Milk - dairy or non-dairy
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup Yogurt - dairy or non-dairy
- 1 small packed handful spinach
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup ice
- For decorating: 1 tablespoon melted dark chocolate, 2 small Yogurt dollops, 2 blueberries, and a few cacao nibs
How to make it
- Spoon the melted chocolate around the upper outside edge of a clear, straight-sided glass and let a few drips fall like Frankenstein “hair.” Chill the glass for 3 minutes.
- Add the Milk, frozen banana, pineapple, Yogurt, spinach, lime juice, Energy Greens, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until vivid green and completely smooth, then pour into the prepared glass.
- Add two small Yogurt circles with blueberry pupils. Use cacao nibs or a little melted chocolate to make one simple stitch.
