 Avocado Curry "Fries" an awesome snack great for in between meals or after working out 
1 sliced avocado generously coated with madras curry powder, toasted coconut and himalayan pink salt 
 (toasted coconut is made by taking shredded coconut and toasting it on the stovetop in a pan on medium-high heat, stirring frequently and removing from pan once it has browned throughout) 
 

We suggest Organic, nonGMO everything.
