Rockin Wellness Raspberry Collagen Blender Oats Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

TOPPINGS:

  • hemp seeds
  • Coconut
  • Sunflower seeds 

In a bowl, combine your coconut water, milk, and oats and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for around an hour. Once soaked, add to a blender with all other ingredients and blend until silky smooth. 

Pour into a bowl and top with coconut, hemp, and sunflower seeds. ENJOY!
