
Rockin’ Wellness Mocha Candy Cane Smoothie Recipe
• 8-10oz Milk (Vanilla Non-Dairy or Dairy)
• 1 Scoop Rockin Wellness Mocha Nutritional Mix
• 1/4 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
• 4-6 Ice Cubes (depending on thickness desired)
• 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
• A Splash of Sweet Cream Flavored Creamer (Non-Dairy or Dairy)
• 1-2 Candy Canes
Put candy canes in a zip-top baggie (make sure you get all the air out of the baggie before sealing it) and crunch and smush them up into small pieces or powder, put to the side…
• Add all ingredients into a blender & mix until smooth
• Hand mix 3/4 of the candy cane bits into smoothie
• Top off with Whipped cream (Non-dairy or dairy) and sprinkle with remaining candy cane crunchy bits
• Hand mix 3/4 of the candy cane bits into smoothie
• Top off with Whipped cream (Non-dairy or dairy) and sprinkle with remaining candy cane crunchy bits
Optional Idea:

I managed my subscription in the last 2 weeks so that I would receive my next order sooner due to running out. I set it to deliver for July 28. I just looked at it and it states it will not ship until Sept. I have not had a delivery since May. Please advise. Thank you, JOcelyn Brady
