
Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Cacao Rockin Wellness
- 1 frozen banana or non-frozen banana & add 1/2 cup ice
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt (plant-based or dairy)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup milk (plant-based or dairy)
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch each of nutmeg, ginger or allspice
Blend until smooth, pour into glass and top with your whipped topping (plant-based or dairy) enjoy!
