Rockin’ Cookie Dough Protein Pops
Prep time 25 minutes
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Greek Yogurt (non-dairy or dairy)
• 3/4 cup Rockin Wellness Vanilla Protein
• 1/2 flour (regular or gluten-free)
• 8 Large Medjool Dates
• 1/4 cup Milk (non-dairy or dairy)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
• 1 tbsp of Maple Syrup
• 1 cup Chocolate Chips (vegan or non-vegan)
• Wooden Popsicle Sticks (optional)
Optional add-in Ideas
1/2 cup Chocolate Rockin Wellness Nutritional Mix
1/3 cup melted peanut butter
Directions
Blend - Milk, Salt, Vanilla Extract, Dates
Mix - Rockin Wellness, Yogurt, Flour
Pour - Blended ingredients into Mixed Ingredients
Stir - Until thick
Add - Chocolate Chips
On Parchment or Waxed Paper,
Form mixture into Bar Shapes (add Popsicle Sticks) or Balls
Place in the refrigerator to allow to set for 1 hour
Store in an airtight container or baggie
