  • Rockin Wellness Vegan Vanilla Protein Candy Cane Peppermint Smoothie

     Rockin’ Wellness Vanilla Candy Cane Peppermint Protein Smoothie 

     

    •  8-10oz Milk (Vanilla Non-Dairy or Dairy)
    •  1 Scoop Rockin Wellness Vanilla Protein Mix
    •  1/4 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
    •  4-6 Ice Cubes (depending on thickness desired)
    •  1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
    •  A Splash of Sweet Cream Flavored Creamer (Non-Dairy or Dairy)
    •  2-3 Strawberries or 1/2 banana
    •  1-2 Candy Canes
     

    Put candy canes in a zip-top baggie (make sure you get all the air out of the baggie before sealing it) and crunch and smush them up into small pieces or powder, put to the side…


    • Add all ingredients into a blender & mix until smooth
    • Hand mix 3/4 of the candy cane bits into smoothie
    • Top off with Whipped cream (Non-dairy or dairy) and sprinkle with remaining candy cane crunchy bits

    Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

    • 1 Scoop Chocolate Cacao Rockin Wellness
    • 1 frozen banana or non-frozen banana & add 1/2 cup ice
    • ½ cup vanilla yogurt (plant-based or dairy)
    • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    • 1/2 cup milk (plant-based or dairy)
    • 1 tablespoon nut butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • pinch each of nutmeg, ginger or allspice


    Blend until smooth, pour into glass and top with your whipped topping (plant-based or dairy) enjoy!
