
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup Rockin Wellness Cacao mix
• 1-1/4 cup dairy-free milk
• 1/2 cup - vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 2 tbsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups gluten-free flour
• 1 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup applesauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp instant coffee
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup cacao chocolate chips
FROSTING
• 1 cup cacao chocolate chips
• 1 cup vegan butter
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• pinch of salt
TOPPING TO DECORATE
• 12 Strawberries with tops cut off
• 1 Can of dairy free whipped topping
BROWNIE DIRECTIONS
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees on bake
• Mix all together with a whisk
• Pour to into a non-stick baking pan
• Bake for 22-25 minutes
• Cool for 20 minutes
FROSTING DIRECTIONS
• Combine all ingredients into non-stick small saucepan
• Cook on low heat & stir continuously
DECORATING DIRECTIONS
• Pour and spread frosting over the whole top of the cooled brownies
• Allow to cool 20 minutes
• Cut into squares & place brownie squares on a plate
• Decorate each brownie with larger squirt of whipped cream
• Place the strawberry in center and top off with a dab of whipped cream on top
