Rockin' Vanilla Date Smoothie

Serves 1
Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of vanilla almond milk
  • 2 Scoops of Rockin' Wellness
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 5 soft Medjool dates (remove pits)
  • 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract or the insides of 1 vanilla bean

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until well combined
  2. Taste and adjust ingredients accordingly
  3. Smile and have a great day!
